The UPENN Data Science General Assembly (DSGA) is dedicated to enhancing student experience through networking and professional development opportunities; social enrichment activities; and academic program advocacy. Through its efforts, the DSGA, along with other students and faculty, will promote data science understanding, awareness, and initiatives at UPENN and in the broader community.
The DATS Student Mentoring Program connects a selected group of second-year students with first-year, accelerated masters, transfer, and dual degree students. This connection introduces new students to the structure and environment of the Data Science Program at the University of Pennsylvania while enabling mentors and mentees to work together, network, develop new skills, and maintain a connection with the Data Science community.
